Listed and actively traded on accepted global stock exchanges
Minimum Market Capitalization of USD $150,000,000+
Multiple institutional shareholders
Unrestricted and Free Trading shares only
Positions offered as collateral not to exceed 15% of the listed company
Must be owned free & clear, no existing liens or encumbrances allowed (margin refinancing)
Corporate Bond Criteria
Listed and actively traded on secondary bond market
Borrower must own the bonds, no primary issuances from the issuing company are accepted
Must have a credit rating from a recognized ratings agency, no third party or insurance based ratings accepted
All credit ratings considered, from Investment Grade to Near Default
Must have 38 - 40 months until maturity, loan term not to exceed maturity date
Must be owned free & clear, no existing liens or encumbrances allowed (margin refinancing)

Loan amounts from USD $1,000,000 and up
Loan to Values (LTV's) of up to 75% of the collateral's market value
Fixed annual interest rates as low as 1.5%
Loan terms (maturities) of 36 up to 120 months

No personal or corporate guarantees to repay required
No other assets required to be pledged or placed at risk
